We started with a fermented, mild-heat foundation and added layers of grilled nopales, agave nectar, top-shelf mezcal and prickly pear cactus fruit. The result is a uniquely unforgettable sauce that will spike the flavor of any meal of the day. Put on your cactus gloves and grab it with both hands!
